和漁屋時一樣要訂位先,中午食用時間兩小時...因為一小時半後截單,比起漁屋少了一些食物,例如鐵板虎蝦,其他唔記得但也多了一些食物,例如海皇花膠翅、椒鹽墨魚嘴、XO醬燒帆立貝、蒜蓉牛油焗花甲...等等食物評價:壽司刺身...不過不失,但多了注備可寫...不要千島醬什麼可以打上去飲品:變左自己去雪櫃拿,前中後都有一個飲品雪櫃,以前漁屋第二次叫飲品要等一些時間和有機會漏單,現在自己拿更快可以飲,要冰底可以叫店員給鐵板一口和牛叫一份5粒左右,不會很焦炭,好食又細粒鐵板炒帆立貝一份2粒,鐵板做不會味道太差,但連住內臟要自己切開蒜蓉牛油焗花甲一份十幾個,蒜蓉很多做出來比想像中好食海皇花膠翅其實是海鮮花膠羹,你不在注備寫...會自動加紅醋我胡椒粉上去XO醬燒帆立貝一份一粒,比鐵板個個大拉,xo醬很入味,食完飲可樂辣味出晒黎鹽燒大頭蝦一份一隻,味道都是那種一般,味道不過不差鹽燒墨魚串一份一串,個味道沒有什麼好韌感覺,不過味道挺淡可能要加些調味粉鐵板牛舌一份2塊,外表同漁屋時很像,但比漁屋時好食,外脆內軟芝麻雞翼一份一隻,外面層衣有一些牛油味天婦羅那些一份一隻,味道一般,不過不失椒鹽墨魚嘴一份3粒,比較大粒,好易飽肚,味道不過不失和一般大排檔整的味道一樣牛油炒粟米一份一碗,比漁屋時細份了...變成一碗,但以前漁屋太大份...現在反而覺得剛剛好,牛油形成嘅汁水比較少...不會出現太濕情況甜品方面多了一些甜品但那個沒有牛奶幾多布甸,焦糖牛油布甸比較少,有朱古力布甸和其他布甸,雪糕比以前漁屋得兩種多....大致有五六種味 continue reading

9月29日當初入店等左30分鐘都未到生蠔,只識不停上熱葷等得不耐煩。估唔到最後都如我所願有黎齊生蠔。講真呢個價錢,對蠔的質素都唔會太大期望。最後都無令我失望,起碼唔會凹陷細到無肉食。🦪另外有海葡萄都係讚,如果每次可以自動走生菜就好了。以呢個價錢+質素,絕對可以有第2次。🙂‍↕️*店內不見有洗手間,可能需要上商場洗手間 continue reading
