To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上菜快，服務好.我一家人都十分喜歡在這個地方用餐，這裡的員工都非常友善。當然，餐廳的食物質數也很高，雞肉非常美味，加上蒜醬很完美，強烈推薦！(My family and I are huge fans of this place. The staff is super nice and the food is great. The chicken is very good and the garlic sauce is perfect. Ice cream topped with fruit is delicious too. Highly recommended!)

今天再去食小籠包又有一番驚喜。叫咗個好耐冇食嘅紅燒獅子頭，肉質鬆軟飽滿，津白清甜，冬菇燜得好入味小籠包保持水準，皮簿湯汁仍在小籠包裹面，肉質飽滿好Juice跟著再叫咗個口水雞拌麵，炎炎夏日有個凉麵食好適合，口水汁不太辣，雞肉嫩口，青瓜丝與麵一起伴住食好爽口食完後有種消暑嘅感覺，好正，值得一試最後再整個甜品黑糖糍粑，外内內軟。今天嘅新菜式令我好驚喜好满足雖然侍應人手不足，但服務員質素沒有降低服務態度親切
