To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「遨航廳」屬「黃金海岸鄉村俱樂部‧遊艇會」其中一個附屬設施,周邊綠樹林蔭,與海灣為伴。餐廳內部裝潢明亮雅緻,舒適簡潔,用餐氣氛良好。 「遨航廳」主要供應東南亞菜餚,但也有西菜提供。一客三道菜的午餐只需百餘元,定價十分合理。以「香辣軟殼蟹芒果沙律米紙卷」作頭盤,縱使辣感不強,香脆的軟殼蟹也能填補惹味的空間。清甜芒果與爽脆生菜並列,食感清新怡人,亦能平衡炸軟殼蟹的膩意。相比一般冬蔭功湯,這碗「冬蔭牛腩清湯」的味道來得比較輕盈。細意品味,能吃得出冬蔭功的獨有芳香,重酸輕辣。湯中留有一小件牛腩,餚湯後口感略韌,對湯汁的味道出力不大。主菜「椰汁青咖哩雞肉」屬小編的心頭好,青咖哩椰汁味重,香而不辣,相當惹味,以油鬆餅作蘸點之用是最佳的享用方法。至於雞肉,能保持一定嫩感已算有交代,讚! 今天的飯局有多名小朋友參與,餐廳備有一份兒童餐單非常適合他們心意。兒童餐以跑車餐盤盛載,最受歡迎的是香脆的薯條。炸魚柳出品酥脆內滑,水準比預期佳,唯建議略減食鹹調味。「遨航廳」雖然不是一間典型的親子餐廳,但也有一般的親子配套。我們的小朋友為數不少,餐廳也特意安排了一個小角落供我們聚餐之用。另外,在同層不遠處設有一間兒童遊樂室,適合半歲至七八歲的小朋友瘋狂玩樂。整合兩項設施,「遨航廳」可當作半間親子餐廳,讓大小朋友開心消磨半天的好去處。 continue reading

海鮮拼盤最令我印象深刻嘅就係最出名嘅南非生蠔,食落生蠔嘅鮮味唔會比鹹嘅海水味蓋過,而且份量十足,真係價錢貴啲都值!食完海鮮唔想咁dry就一定要試下呢碟法式煎鵝肝,煎得啱啱好,唔會太燶,配上酸酸嘅黑醋,就將成個菜式昇華!我大力推介呢碟菜,真係令人食過翻尋味 嘆住呢啲美食,再欣賞座落海邊嘅無敵海景,實在係人生一大享受! continue reading
