與友人兩個到上址,首次在東涌品嚐印度菜, 友人B話貪呢度客人唔會太多好少座滿, 老闆人事又好, 從來唔會催人俾錢走人或者黑面, 食物方面都係同其他鄉里一樣的好食, 辣味的進度則是由淺入深那種, 食到中段已經成頭大汗不停地抹汗, 而包類因為是即叫即做沒有不好吃的道理Tandoori Butter Roti $ 20, 而友人B 嘅Mango Lassi $28聽講幾好飲, Beef Masala $98 反而食牛肉唔算貴, 配埋 Garlic Naan $26 都幾襯, 不過呢兩件naan上面比較多油, 最後我們叫咗一個Paneer Bhurjee $110係咖哩芝士, 呢個碟唔好睇小佢, 我地最後係食唔晒呢個, 實在好飽,好飽,好飽, 其實如果乜都無食, 只要食呢個加兩件NAAN應該都可以足夠兩個大胃口嘅成年人, 絕不能睇小呢度碟碟都好似細細碟咁, 其實連汁撈飯又或者夾包食, 食下食下會頂到上嚟, 唔係講笑嘅飽肚印度餐!天多利雞是雞下髀, Tanoori Chicken (HALF) $102鐵板上住所以係好夠鑊氣, 當然印度人唔會在意什麼鑊氣, 佢地只係覺得蒸氣不斷出升,真係"唔打得都睇得呀!" 視覺效果係有嘅,左邊係理Tandoori Butter Roti $20中間係Gosht Korma $110即係咖哩山羊,山羊會比較騷但有心理準備就會唔太覺,右邊係Heenga Jeera / Garlic $112呢個係素, 基本上係咖哩乾煮鷹咀荳, 無錯食荳都過百, 依家流行素食嘛,Kesri Pullao $48係印度炒飯不過千萬唔好用中國人炒飯嘅標準去品評, 因為完全係兩回事,左上角係Raita $48 係薄荷青瓜醬,如果叫佢就叫多些少咖哩伴住食,一流但會好飽肚,Paneer Pakora (5 pcs.) $65 炸芝士質感似我們嘅炸荳腐,醮簿荷醬食又得! continue reading

上星期六同班義工朋友去東涌做義工,我哋分批食飯,義工們介紹咗這間印度餐話咖哩好味,老闆好好人。我同3位義工朋友食上午嘅第3批,其實店舖應該中午要關門休息,不過老闆好細心咁做埋我哋這4個先休息(多謝曬🤗)我哋4個人分別叫咗咖哩蝦🦐,魚🐟,雞🐔,羊🐏,4款口味都各有特色同埋好香香料味 又唔係好辣👍。我哋4個都要配薄餅(每人有4塊😍),仲有春卷😋,大家都覺得咖哩配薄餅係絕配嘅😋😂😂。仲加埋湯同埋餐茶同加一都係$66,以這個偏僻嘅地方嚟講都算係咁😋 continue reading

今次是我第一次寫評,因為呢一間印度菜我已幫襯了超過五年,由他沒有免費寬頻都有免費寬頻呢間餐廳不斷升級為了確保滿足到客人的需要,味道夠正宗,環境乾淨,又有小童高櫈,價錢會比大排檔食的印度菜高一點,因為他們的鋪租很貴,但是值得的。總括嚟講我極力推介這一間印度餐廳。This is my first time to write a post on OpenRice, because it is one of the first Indian restaurants in Hong Kong. I had Indian food in this restaurant for the past five years and no complaints at all. The environment is superclean, staff is friendly and very convenient for driving too.
