一到周六日終於可以拋開時間的限制,懶洋洋賴床至中午,這個周末就來到香港銀樾美憬閣精選酒店,享用一趟豐盛brunch semi-buffet,開啟慢活寫意的一天。The Enclave面積廣闊寬敞,輕奢風裝潢時尚流麗,落地玻璃窗採光十足,中午時份能透進自然光,使整體室內風格和諧溫暖,帶來清幽避世的綠野氛圍。小酒館風格餐廳 The Enclave 與現代酒吧 The Pavilion全新推出銀悅早午安餐狂想曲,由即日起於星期六及日中午 12 點至下午 3 點供應,每位只需 $278,自選一道主菜和一杯餐飲。自助吧提供的前菜、沙律、煎蛋檔和甜品都是無限量任食,還可自行無限添飲每周新款的精選雞尾酒。放題價錢就可任食三小時五星級酒店級數半自助餐,性價比極高!邊進餐邊飽覽戶外花園的翠綠景致,感受愜意的大自然氣息。另加$288亦有二人份量的海鮮拼盤,包括阿拉斯加鱈場蟹腳、大蝦、即開法國生蠔(No. 3, Fine de Claire)及藍青口,海鮮控必定能大飽口福。有「蟹中之王」之稱的鱈場蟹體型碩大肥美, 蟹腳尤其巨型肉厚,而且肉質緊緻實在,將蟹肉的原始鮮甜味充分展現。生蠔即點即開,質素夠新鮮,將鹹鮮海水、嫩滑冰爽的蠔肉一併吞下,點上檸檬汁及紅酒醋,去腥提鮮,帶出先鹹後甜的餘韻。半自助餐的好處就是可以吃到即叫即整的main dish菜式,但又同時滿足all you can eat的慾望。美國燒肉眼扒配薯條及紅酒燒汁(另加$98)Steak Frites向來都是絕配,厚切薯條炸得金黃酥脆,保持乾爽不油膩,肉心軟綿細密。燒肉眼扒肉質鬆軟富油香,脂肪不多但肉味較濃,沾上紅酒燒汁更能畫龍點晴,提升肉香至另一層次。香煎扒三文魚配忌廉薯蓉及檸檬牛油汁魚皮表層煎得脆口,魚身相當厚肉,肉質豐腴細嫩,即使熟透後依然不會變得鞋口,配合檸檬牛油汁清新又開胃。自助區設有即叫即煮的Egg station,可選煙三文魚班尼迪克蛋、奄列、荷包蛋、水波蛋、炒蛋和太陽蛋。自選食材砌出一份最合自己心意的All Day Breakfast,當然不可錯過吃brunch 必備的班尼迪蛋。鋪於英式Muffin上面的水波蛋煮得外熟內生,吹彈可破,一刀切開蛋黃如熔岩般緩緩流出,與滑順的荷蘭醬融為一體。番茄湯質感濃稠,喝起來濃濃滑滑的,酸甜度恰到好處,令人胃口大開。前菜冷盤集合什肉拼盤、煙三文魚和烤櫛瓜沙拉。煙三文魚色澤鮮豔,脂肪條紋清楚利落,魚肉嫩滑而有彈性。芝士拼盤有三款:布里芝士、車打芝士和藍紋芝士。沙律吧有已經拌好的沙律,款式包括意粉沙律、涼拌酸辣蓮藕和椰菜花沙律,挑起誘人食欲。另有多款新鮮沙律菜,可隨個人喜好自行混搭沙律款式。mix & match 一碟絢麗多彩的沙律,清新輕盈又健康。烘焙美點亦有雞蛋仔、牛角包、提子酥、朱古力酥、葡撻、麵包布甸和各式麵包。當中最吸引我要數香港傳統小食「雞蛋仔」,粒粒圓潤飽滿,外脆內軟,富有香濃蛋香。甜品款式貴精不貴多,這天供應甘筍蛋糕、芝士蛋糕和意大利奶凍,賣相精緻之餘,味道同樣高質有水準。原個甘筍蛋糕外型趣緻,單看已令人賞心悅目,口感濕潤鬆軟,完全吃不出甘筍的草青味,反而帶有平衡馥郁的香料風味。芝士蛋糕質地綿密細緻,入口化為一縷柔和奶香,不會過於甜膩。還有提供蘋果、哈蜜瓜、香蕉、西瓜和菠蘿五款水果。Semi-buffet附送一杯餐飲,每位額外加$148亦可無限暢飲精選紅白酒或意大利汽泡酒。 continue reading
