千呼萬喚,據悉花費了百五億打造而成的合和酒店,終於在十二月同大家見面。作為老饕既我,當然第一時間去拜訪酒店各餐廳,首站要介紹既,正是中菜廳合和軒。沒有好奢華既裝潢,走的是平實路線,但餐廳有十六間廳房,可供不同場合之用,家庭聚會或者商務飯局都好合適。事不宜遲,睇下佢既午市套餐到底有咩食! 打頭陣既合和薈萃,既有點心,亦有燒味。點心是傳統的蝦餃及燒賣,幾合我意,因為我從來覺得要有蝦餃燒賣先至似飲茶。燒賣飽滿,口感扎實,蝦餃足料,澄麵皮添上了不同顏色,令賣相更吸引。兩粒燒腩仔,皮脆且層次分明。套餐自然會有湯羹,文思豆腐竹笙海皇羹,材料十足,喝湯或羹最重要是湯頭夠熱,呢度做得到,已贏左一半。接著來的黃金脆米炒星斑球,斑球夠厚肉,連魚皮吃最正,再夾埋香脆又邪惡的咸蛋黃脆米,令成件事生色不少。鮑汁天白花菇鵝掌,好有去飲既感覺。天白花菇厚身爽滑,蠻有菇香,鵝掌魚腍身,但又唔怕溶溶爛爛咁,是我喜歡的質感。爽脆既生菜索盡晒鮑汁之精華,一滴汁都不能浪費。幾中意單尾的新竹米粉,幼細又爽口,以三色椒絲及肉絲等作伴,簡單好吃。甜品都是很傳統的蛋白杏仁茶,同埋芝麻卷,始終喜歡濃郁的懷舊菲林筒,慶幸依家多番好多地方可以嚐到此味。午市呢個套餐,跟整間酒店的格局好脗合,沒太多花巧,但基本功扎實,自有一班識欣賞既客人。 continue reading

灣仔上班最大優勢就是處處有餐廳,有平有貴,今次就試試新地方;試間新酒店中菜!別以為酒店食中菜一定是款款點心近百,碟碟主菜二三百,一埋檯就有侍應介紹新推出$268點心午餐;平價嚐新又何妨。點心大概有十至十二款;可以每個餐揀三款,叫了芋角、燒賣、棒棒雞(我叫佢黑白小雞)、叉燒、燒腩仔同梅子番茄仔,款款都不錯,仲可以有招牌叉燒輕嚐,$268都算是這樣。湯羹類各選一款,正常發揮主菜揀選了醬香骨及煎麵;煎麵有點驚喜,午市時段炒場時間竟然有這個(當然預咗要稍等一會),但等待幾值得,汁醬香濃夾著香口煎麵,夠惹味!最後還有甜品埋尾,紅豆沙同芝麻卷;飽到癲整餐飯味道正常,不過$268要搵間酒店中菜吃個Chill飯,如果同客來又真是非常夠做;仲有驚喜發現原來在此食飯自己帶酒免開瓶費咁確是令我有再來一次的機會 continue reading

One of my worst experience. Food, price and service sucked. Paid premium price on CNY for food worst than cha chan tang. A dish they called fried rice noodle with crab meat has only two tiny pathetic pieces of crab meat that I had to dig out to see, the rice noodle isn’t even good, dry and rubbery. Their sweet almond drink was watery. The entire meal was so bad I had to suppress my urge to turn the table over. It was so bad I just have to, for the first time, leave a comment here, so no one would be fooled again. continue reading

而這個價位的餐廳,服務質素真的一般。以菜式為例,款式少之餘,安排在菜單上的位置也十分凌亂。最激氣係生菜包同片皮鴨,生菜及皮的份量給得十分少。生菜只有六至八塊,皮也只有十零塊。額外加生菜$10, 一塊皮$5。其實賺錢唔係問題,但係賺到咁盡令消費者感官不佳。上菜順序亦都亂咁嚟,叫咗撈起最後先上。上菜速度亦都十分之緩慢整體而言呢個價位嘅中菜喺香港呢間真係目前體驗最差。唯一抵讚嘅地方係開頭服務不錯,會細心問客人需要,但我亦都覺得係呢個價位嘅餐廳基本嘅東西。新一年食呢間真係有啲激親自己。 continue reading

昨日在合和軒午膳,$58-80/碟的點心,品質及味道非常一般,重點係佢地嘅点心都只有三件,如果四人用餐,咁就要另加1粒,即係每碟點心要$80甚至乎$100以上!如果裝修高級啲或者有好嘅景色也罷,但係呢位設計師品味同食物質素一樣咁普通,講句唔好聽,直情係有啲老土。最后点了最基本的乾炒牛小排河粉$238(未加服務費),水準一樣👎👎👎。灣仔好多茶餐廳炒得比佢地嘅好10倍。這麽一般的食物品質這樣的裝修這樣的收費-合和酒店名下嘅中餐廳我只係會幫襯一呢次。 continue reading
