環境枱與枱十分接近、椅背貼椅背的佈局。服務由等位的一刻已經聽到幾組食客與侍應爭吵。另外,門口帶位的侍應多次表示難招聘人手,導致人手嚴重不足。價錢性價比十分低。食物是正常的,但份量與價錢不成正比。就如燒肉(如圖)$148 份量是如此。 continue reading

排了一個小時的隊才能入座,坐下之後又等了一個小時菜都沒上齊,催了2次都沒人理我,也不幫忙取消,只能坐在這裡等著。吃完的碗碟子也沒有人收。明明做好了一車子的食物,一直放著也沒有人上菜,等我拿到菜都涼了。服務員走來走去不知道在忙啥。早茶的食物確實還不錯,沒有到很驚艷,但是考慮到還要排很長的隊,我覺得沒有必要專門排這麼久的隊來吃飯,個人不會再來了,不推薦。點了鮑魚炒飯、蘿蔔糕、小籠包,鳳爪、蝦餃、紅腸粉 continue reading

呢間酒樓的門面好似很高級,於是入去一試。點了一個叉燒飯,叉燒兩面燶晒,本人要求侍應換過一碟,但她只叫廚房切去燶咗嘅皮,但侍應講大話,說已經換咗另外一碟,侍應還黑口黑面。仲有就係我已經講咗話叫五樣點心,最後落單都係落漏咗一樣,等咗好耐,侍應幫我check先知真係漏咗單。究竟啲侍應有冇聽清楚客人嘅要求同指示呢?其實酒樓客人唔多,但上菜速度很慢,落單人手不足,喺南區,如:香港仔,質素竟然會好過呢間。環境衛生一般,碗筷洗得唔夠乾淨,有食物漬,座位又多食物殘屑,喺這個新開的商場有這間質素的酒樓,真令人有點失望。這間酒樓我只試一次,唔會再有下一次。 continue reading
