To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 咕嚕肉飯係我嚟呢度最愛嘅一道菜!肉塊大塊入味,咕嚕醬香濃甜咸,同埋微微帶少少酸味,煮到軟爛入味,配搭米飯簡直是絕配。飯煮得好粒粒分明彈牙,同時又軟身,配合肉塊十分協調。整體上來說,呢個組合夠惹味又飽肚。而且價錢相當合理,性價比超高,真係一個又平又好食嘅選擇!我每次嚟呢度都必叫咕嚕肉飯。

最近食多咗大快活,以前食下午茶是為咗慳錢,依家發現一個下午茶都要三四十蚊,都越嚟越貴,所以人流亦都唔係好多。但講真心話水准係好過以前,因此食咗雞髀有小小鹹,但係我可以接受。

中午吃不飽,再來大快活外賣個下午茶醫肚!我買了沙嗲牛肉煎蛋脆猪包+11文加了一個燒鷄翼,飲品要左O華田,沙嗲牛肉嫰滑,煎蛋不老剛剛好,中間蛋黃仲有少少流心感,美中不足不過杯華田太淡味!燒鷄翼甜甜哋幾好味!平民快餐質素算不錯。一共才39文,抵食!👍

食生酮減肥既朋友話要食肉然後就去左大快活食一人扒餐平係平既😆幾十蚊大大份有牛 豬 雞 腸仔 各一再加一碗湯 一碗飯吃得很飽 但感覺不會減到肥😌都係雪藏既肉類加既調味料都多算平民 抵食。

大快活呢個素食餐食左幾年,系唔同嘅分店都食過。發現每間分店日日都系出同一款素食。不過呢味菜嘅水準都keep住咁上下,無失準,但希望可以有啲變化,畢竟go green 呢個飲食文化系香港愈來愈普及。雖然日日如是,但唔算好hea, 個汁系南瓜調出來,茄子真係有煎炒過,可能拉過油,色澤都幾靚。有幾條扮素肉片,真係咁樣兜埋去,無特別煎香過。蔬菜份量算少,飯都少。男人食完未必飽。但都算係一個健康素食飯餐,無乜味精,個飯又有溝紅米。耐唔耐可以食吓,希望個份量可以多啲!
