To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食燒肉我通常都係去牛角,因為食過好多次(特別係屯門呢間),次次牛既質素都keep到🥺,食過其他差唔多價錢既任食都係中左伏…所以以後都唔再試食番牛角算😂。之前分享過旺角既牛角buffet,呢次屯門揀左C.和牛食べ飲み放題,星期五六日&公眾假期前夕就貴啲,每人$438,要飲啤酒就再加$30。同屋企人黎就加左1個啤酒放題俾老豆飲😂。C grade係星期一至四係$388,早/夜割$348,如果唔係同屋企人黎就會揀番星期一至四平啲🤣。Buffet同放題唔同就係前者出面有自助區多啲野食,螺肉、沙律、關東煮、仲有自製牛角飯,炸物都任叫;放題就純粹自己scan qr code落order (每個order最多10碟),任飲任食90/120分鐘,所以食放題就專心食牛,唔食咁多小食炸物😝。應該好多人都食過所以唔特別分享,影相都hea影😎。最想推介大家食c grade一定要食上級牛肋肉!鐘意爽口既推介埋新潟雞爽肉(即係雞頸),豬頸肉反而最近食開都變左厚切無咁爽🙈。仲有必食黑糖牛油番薯!雖然放題食番薯好似好傻😂,但真係好正💛,燒完超香,香脆內軟既番薯條。菠蘿就睇季節,如果啱季節就好甜,連呢次連食肉獸既老豆都食
