放工同同事去咗中環食晚飯,食關西餐,想轉下口味轉食中餐。知道公司係中環有做物業轉做飲食,上網search下入面有咩食。最後揀咗禮賓府。 餐廳係安蘭街18號,位置唔算難搵,一入門口,就見到有個痛囉,側面放咗兩盆蘭花,簡潔又清雅。 夜晚七點,都係買返時間,餐廳已經坐門人,都聽到侍應同電話入邊啲人講,今晚已經full Booking。我哋聽侍應推介,揀咗佢嘅Testing Menu嚟食,人均680未加日,雖然有啲貴,但你都,點都要試吓。 第一道菜係鮑魚多士,鮑魚唔算大隻,但爽口彈牙。鮑魚下面的多士,香脆可口。兩者配合在一起,是一種煙銀有香脆的感覺, 十分不錯吃。 雞翼唔係無食過,但釀晒燕窩的,就真係第一次食。脹卜卜帶金黃的外表,有著蜜糖的微甜,切開入面,一絲絲的燕窩夠晒質感,係女士的恩物。 湯則是營養羊肚菌燉螺頭,湯帶點微酸,而且清清地,飲落唔會特別飽濟。 蟹肉大良炒鮮奶質感好creamy,入面全都是蟹肉,足料!!! 紅燒花膠夠晒大塊,煮得好軟熟,咬落口成口骨膠原,好正。 牛腩切成牛柳粒咁樣,小巧又精美。牛腩因為用燴的方式,所以唔係走稔身路線

有別於一般中菜,呢度每道菜都是小小的一人份量咁上,令人可以慢慢試真啲味道。環境舒適,服務又細心,同屋企人黎食返餐,都係不錯之選。
