星期六中午係銅鑼灣lunch,係日本菜林立嘅永光中心度揀左依間試下,估唔到好有驚喜🤩除左餐廳環境有格調同舒適外,連餐具都好靚,包括筷子架係日本武士裝飾🥢我地叫左兩個午市定食,兩個都價錢親民但質素意想不到地高,包括跟餐嘅配菜都好有驚喜👏🏻一定會再訪,下次可能試下omakase!🍮🍋 花膠雞湯果凍配柚子酸汁 (𝟙𝟘/𝟙𝟘)果凍用日本武士設計嘅器皿裝住,未食已經覺得好精緻👺花膠粒爽口,配柚子酸汁好清新開胃,啱哂女仔食!🍣 刺身定食 $𝟜𝟞𝟠 (𝟙𝟘/𝟙𝟘)六款刺身包括帶子、赤海老、真鯛、池魚、銀鱈魚同腦天(吞拿魚頭頂肉)。順序由淡味慢慢食到濃味,淡味嘅帶子、赤海老、真鯛同池魚都好鮮味,特別真鯛好厚切好有口感,赤海老真係好鮮甜🦐另外兩款直情係滿分之作,刺身級銀鱈魚比平時個啲西京燒銀鱈魚肥美同滑好多,帶濃厚油香。至於腦天,一條吞拿魚得兩片,筋少而脂肪多,口感肥美同軟滑得來,食到成個口腔都係滿滿嘅油香,超有幸福感🥰依個價錢食到依個質素嘅刺身(仲未計配菜)真係性價比好高💯🐮🍚 黄金和牛油炒飯 (𝟠/𝟙𝟘)跟刺身定食嘅炒飯,上菜時聞到好香好香,炒飯質感亦好食,但整體來講略嫌單調,同刺身亦唔算好夾🙈🦀🍜

🦀🍜 蟹黃磯煮鮑魚伴日本稻庭烏冬 $𝟚𝟞𝟠 (𝟡.𝟝/𝟙𝟘)
本身係配闊身嘅花山烏冬,不過當日缺貨換左稻庭烏冬,但鍾意食烏冬嘅我一樣滿足😋蟹黃用松葉蟹肉同蟹膏混合而成,味道濃郁,鮑魚用日式醬油同和昆布慢火炆煮,肉質鮮嫩,好有驚喜!唯一係個人覺得蟹黃比較適合熱食🤣

🐟🥣 鯛魚湯 (𝟙𝟘/𝟙𝟘)
跟餐嘅鯛魚湯用黃腳立同金鯛魚頭熬製,除左鹽冇落其他調味,一飲就感受到好creamy好足料,仲有種滿滿骨膠原嘅感覺,飲多幾碗都絕對冇問題!

🥚🦀 松葉蟹栗子茶碗蒸 (𝟠/𝟙𝟘)
依餐唯一比較冇咁啱我口味嘅係茶碗蒸,可能慣左茶碗蒸係咸味,有機栗子蓉太甜反而覺得怪怪地,同其他味道唔算太夾,但蒸蛋好嫩滑。
