To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 翡翠拉麵小籠包不嬲都係我中學嘅回憶,以前成日去IFC嗰間度食,人大左食嘅分店都唔同左。依家就食金鐘同銅鑼灣分店比較多。·講完啲題外話,今日嚟到銅鑼灣時代廣場地下嘅呢一間分店食返上海菜,午市來講都唔算多人唔使等位就有得直接入。·咁我哋四個人就嗌左都唔少野,不過重點影相呢就唔算多,以下係部份嘅嘢食:--除咗乾扁四季豆仲保留原有質素之外( 不過呢碟野咁易煮基本上又好難煮得難食💩),其餘食物我覺得都有明顯嘅差別。朋友抄手一啲都唔辣,反而醋味有啲強勁,唔講仲以為食緊醋雲吞🤡;總之茄子就多油,結果食咗一舊就好濟😹;雞絲粉皮係要讚嘅係青瓜絲切得好又細,但係麻醬已經唔係以前食嗰隻味,記得以前即係苦苦重麻香,今次食呢碟反而就是偏水狀~·另外叫咗個上海炒粗炒、嫩雞燴麵,就正常發揮,冇乜上海feel,好似港式咗唔少。·整體來講,我差異嘅係同以前食既相比有落差,要知道呢個價位比普通上海嘢食定得有啲高,我自然會expect再高啲嘅質素。-上海粗炒嫩雞燴麵紅油抄手醬燒茄子乾扁四季豆雞絲粉皮-翡翠拉麵小籠包銅鑼灣時代廣場B221號舖-
