To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

👨‍🍳廚師慢煮羊架🐏至大概半成熟左右,經慢煮可以令到肉味唔會流失,口感又可以保持鮮嫩😍。
平時食開7成熟既我見到呢碟覺得有啲生🥶,但食落去原來有驚喜🤠,味香而不羶,肉質非常幼嫩又多汁,冇渣冇筋,讓人吃得很滿足🥰,蘸著黃芥末醬特別好食。
配菜除左有🕊鵝肝炒🍄蘑菇,仲有炸得好香脆既🥬羽衣甘藍,炸左既羽衣甘藍都係我第一次既嘗試,經烘炸後沙上幼鹽🧂更加提升味道,好好食呀😋!
加埋我最鍾意食既鵝肝❣️,香味醇厚,蘑菇炒得好香,兩者配搭完美。

意大利飯的軟硬度適中,煙煙韌韌,沒有overcooked💯
🧀芝士同野菌落得好足,非常creamy。 意大利飯黎講整得相當唔錯,好好味😋

一款看似🤌🏻平平無奇既甜品,但其實要整得好食確實幾考功力💪🏾。面頭既焦糖烘得香脆,燉蛋最緊要係食個口感,佢地就可以做到個種細膩幼滑感🤏,兩者一拼放入口先清脆再綿密,作為飯後甜品滿足感大大提升,若然再大份啲就perfect 😋
