依間鮨店提供六款唔同嘅omakase選擇,午市由最平$398嘅六貫到$1080嘅chef’s selection都有,可以話豐儉由人,我覺得幾適合想體驗下omakase嘅人😝今次揀左$588嘅十二貫,除左十二件壽司外,仲有前菜、茶碗蒸同甜品。每道都賣相精緻、食材新鮮,質素對得住價錢,係我推介嘅入門之選!以下係印象深刻嘅幾貫:

🥚 茶碗蒸 (𝟠/𝟙𝟘)
相對較於傳統茶碗蒸外貌樸實,依個茶碗蒸一望就知係另一回事🫢材料包括左鮑魚、帶子、蟹柳等,份量好多,但蒸蛋就只係薄薄一層。對於鐘意食蒸蛋嘅我來講覺得有啲雞仔大過主人婆,但無可否認係誠意之作。

🐚 赤貝壽司 (𝟡.𝟝 /𝟙𝟘)本身唔特別鐘意食赤貝,但依件赤貝目測都見到幾咁龐大,入口鮮甜之餘有好爽脆彈牙嘅感,非常新鮮🤤

🔸🦀 毛蟹海膽 (𝟡/𝟙𝟘)
海膽入口即溶同好夠新鮮,毛蟹本身冇咩味道,但有增加層次嘅作用👍🏻🐟 金目鯛 (𝟠.𝟝/𝟙𝟘)魚皮用火槍燒過,充滿油香,而且保留到鮮味,有驚喜。

🦐 蝦膏紅酒漬甜蝦 (𝟙𝟘/𝟙𝟘)
甜蝦本身已經肉質好好,飽滿得來粘粘地,蝦膏簡直係一種享受🥰

🐟 剝皮魚配魚肝 (𝟙𝟘/𝟙𝟘)
