一路飲酒一路嘆咖啡真係好chill😎 摩卡入口順滑同好香濃既可可香同微甜味 啱哂我口味😽 而且非常欣賞精緻既拉花 正💖

鐵觀音沖繩青檸Tea Ale 配鐵觀音大蝦真係好夾😛 大蝦非常新鮮 肉質都夠彈牙 不過就偏鹹咗啲🥲 好彩單酒既茶香味同清新既青檸味平衡返整個味道👌🏻🧡
Tie Guan Yin & Sudachi Tea Ale x Pan Fried Prawns with Guan Yin Tea was such a great combo🤩, Pan Fries Prawns was fresh, juicy🦐 but a bit salty🧂 while with a hints of freshness from the Sudachi just balanced the whole flavour🥰

煎菜蜜柑Saison配斯特拉斯堡鵝肝令我最surprise🤪 本身油膩既鵝肝配上醬汁令成個味道好清新🌾 而且鵝肝冇煎得好油既情況 值得一試😋 加埋橘子香既啤酒🍺 真係好啱呢個天氣食💛
Strasbourg Foie Gras was super duper flavourful but not oily yet😍 & just right to pair with the sweet sauce🤤 Sencha & Japanese Mikan Saison was citrus🍊, which was suitable for this season🍂
