To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嗱嗱嗱，澄清番先，呢間麥記美食唔係連鎖金拱門🥰終於食到呢一間連續三年攞咗米芝蓮推介小食嘅麥記啦！仲要係同路人添啊喂💛·舖頭細細，主力做外賣嘅小食、麵食、餃子、小籠包。初次嚟到梗係要試吓佢嘅小籠包啦，等緊嘅同時我哋口痕買多咗串魚蛋～·估唔到魚蛋先有驚喜！整體來講都幾彈牙，重點係佢嘅辣汁配埋甜豉油，用嚟點魚蛋簡直一流呀～我覺得正過食過陳記魚蛋嗰個辣汁添🤤·等咗10分鐘小籠包終於出爐，佢個小籠包size細細地，不過勝在皮真心薄同埋豬肉餡料都幾紮實（仲有啲豬油膏好邪惡😈）—唯一敗筆嘅就係冇乜湯汁，如果expect一咬就浪花四錢嘅朋友可能會失望🤔·整體來講，我覺得性價比都算係咁上下，見到好多街坊會特登過去買酸辣湯、餃子嚟食，睇嚟係街坊親民嘅小店💛-小籠包｜$24魚蛋｜$9-麥記美食北角堡壘街21號1號地舖-
