我覺得這地方麻甩,服務一般,卻到現在仍有不少舊街坊捧場客。也不怕你有選擇困難症,諗唔到食咩,自選返燒鵝就行,定位清晰。在中環上班,常去「一樂燒鵝」食午餐,由舊舖食到現在搬了位的新店,個人覺得出品比中環那間出名食燒鵝,做遊客生意的名店好味更多;如去該名店小弟一定不會叫乾柴柴的燒鵝,它的清湯腩及半肥瘦叉燒更得我歡心 (可惜清湯腩經常好早賣晒,訂位時一定要預留)。這天中午來「一樂」重溫一下美味的「燒鵝瀨」$60,一樂也:見到五顏六色的筷子,任配,很有懷舊感:以前和同事兩個人食,我會單叫一碟下庄,另叫瀨粉。原來依家一碟下庄已漲價到 $180 了。。。今天燒鵝得到背脊部份,放入口「妹下妹下」,又食到那陣鹹、騷、香的美味:喜歡的話可以點酸梅醬增添風味,食落無咁油膩:今回中午一個人怕食唔晒,就咁單叫一碗,沒有任何要求。我喜歡飲佢充滿燒鵝油脂的湯,有無人有同感?對於一個唔識揸筷子嘅人,食瀨粉是一件困難的事,搵我做瀨粉代言人就慘了,哈!其實由細到大我在屋企都是用叉食飯的,只會在外面食飯用筷子:店的牆上掛滿米芝蓮戰績:仲有記得食燒鵝髀,記得食左髀啊!其實而家食燒鵝的地方已遍地開花,尤其是某數間連鎖燒鵝店,

其實而家食燒鵝的地方已遍地開花,尤其是某數間連鎖燒鵝店,不斷擴張分店,吃過味道也不俗,例如荔枝柴燒鵝等,係情懷風味總是爭些少。

時移世易,眼見老店一間一間離場,更加要學懂珍惜。「一樂」開業於 1957年,據聞到現在每天也堅持只出爐十隻燒鵝。$60 一碗普通燒鵝瀨算唔算貴?怎算也不能說是便宜;若將回憶放進食物裏加乘,我還是會幫襯。始終今日唔知聽日事,而家餐飲業又難捱,這些美味老店情懷,別要愛得太遲。
