同朋友去完黃金海岸曬咗日,兩個人都心郁郁想食泰國菜,不如就近近哋揸車過去食WHAT THE PHO啦!好彩喺晚市時間前小小去,咁就避開晚餐高峰期唔洗等位啦。我呢就叫咗燒牛肉扎肉撈檬,另外再叫咗個生菜包share。燒牛肉扎肉撈檬賣相吸引,材料亦相當足,而且餐廳亦絕不吝惜酸辣汁,一豌檬粉就配一支。牛肉、扎肉同檬粉整體都做得唔錯,如果一定要比個建議的話,我會覺得炸蒜同花生碎嘅份量可以更多,令到碗檬粉更香更有越南風味!再嚟就係豬肉包,餐廳嘅豬肉包同出面嘅略有不同,平時食開嘅豬肉包都係生菜包豬肉就算,但餐廳嘅豬肉包就加入咗粉皮!大家千奇唔好睇小哩個粉皮,餐廳提供嘅粉皮都算比較厚身,將粉皮擺上去生菜,然後再裹上辣味嘅豬肉,粉皮嘅味道完全為個豬肉包注入咗靈魂同口感!係靈魂同口感!就個人而言,我相當之喜歡!大家有機會嘅都試下個豬肉包,睇下同我嘅口味一唔一樣嘻嘻!
