《The Pearl》位於酒店的四樓,裝潢走暗黑、藝術風格,時尚又不失獨特性
店面滿大,室內空間包括吧檯位置、靠牆的卡座、位於正中央的大桌子
不知道是否主打飲酒、吃小吃,所以桌子略嫌小,多放幾碟菜式都不夠空間
幸好鄰座沒有客人,可以把桌子合起來

First Night用上自家製百香果糖漿和葡萄汁,味道甜美,不知道為什麼,喝上去有在喝利賓納的感覺!

喜歡吃焗蟹餅的朋友,不可以錯過這道!
碟子上放上紅菜頭醬,再來是剝了皮的車厘茄,然後就到主角〔蟹肉餅〕
金黃的外層相當香脆,裡頭是一梳梳的鮮甜蟹肉,味道濃郁
真材實料,讓人難以抗拒
