Finally tried their lunch last November and it certainly didn't disappoint!

The set is priced at $558 for one appetizer and $658 for two appetizers, including the following:
• Amuse-bouche
• Appetizer
• Main course
• Cheese / Dessert
• Petit fours
• Coffee or tea

The portion was just right and we didn't feel particularly full or that we wanted more.
I particularly enjoyed the "black pepper cheese croissant" and had to order a refill.
Dishes were absolutely delicious, but couldn't say they were outstanding. We were served what we expected after all.

數年前的某一個晚上,經過這家的外面,心想這裡是什麼地方,怎麼這麼漂亮~(晚上他們的室外座位亮著燈,真的很美🥰)
後來才知道是獲得米芝蓮一星殊榮的法國餐廳《ÉPURE》🤩

菜式由行政總廚 Nicolas Boutin 團隊設計,以法國直送的食材帶給客人正宗法國口味🇫🇷,而餐單也會隨季節而變更
餐廳裝潢簡簡單單,不是富麗堂皇的那種,坐得舒適又有隱私感,不會感覺很大壓力(,尤其是半圓的卡座~)

這次嚐了他們的 Autumn lunch (2021年年尾吃的🤣,現在應該是Spring lunch了吧)
包括了餐前小吃、前菜、主菜、甜品、飲品
價錢為$558 (一道前菜) / $658 (兩道前菜)
食物很有水準,味道好、賣相美,店員對菜式的介紹也很到位
份量不算很大,只是剛剛好,不過還是非常的滿足😊

外面有佛手柑泡泡,上面灑上辣椒粉
蠻特別的,味道酸酸的蠻開胃

就好像這道生牛肉他他,名為 "c'est une blonde",應該是因為 "Paris c'est une blonde" 這首歌吧~但跟牛肉有什麼關係就真的不清楚 哈哈

生牛肉他他以來自法國跟日本的牛肉做成,裡面混合了海帶、茴香等等,上面放上三塊脆雞皮作點綴以及提升口感

名為 "silence ça pousse",是法國一個電視節目的名字,意思是「安靜,聽聽他們成長的聲音」,是介紹植物的一個節目
取這個名字,大概是因為白蘑菇也是生長在泥土裡吧~

這道白蘑菇湯用上了九份蘑菇,一份鮮奶油,完全沒有水分
所以喝下去的時候,每一口都是濃稠的蘑菇香味
中間放入了菠菜小麵糰 (gnocchi),口感煙韌,跟蘑菇湯很搭

部位像是牛柳,熟度剛好,牛肉味濃,肉質有咬口
伴碟的有薯仔,弄成一層層的,吃起來帶點QQ感覺,蠻好吃

Toothfish 白鱈魚
"il s'en fiche" 為法國俚語,意思是 "he doesn't care"
fiche跟fish的發音一樣,因而得名
煎的剛剛好,外脆內軟,肉質相當滑嫩
伴碟的有西蘭花蓉、法邊豆、魚子醬

外層為紅菜頭薄片,看起來像玫瑰花瓣,包裹著香濃的巧克力忌廉和酸酸甜甜的紅桑子雪糕,整體層次十分豐富!
