< Nom Nom Dumpling > is one of my favoriate dumpling shops in Hong Kong. Their dumplings are made fresh every day and come in an array of flavors. Their signature dumpling flavor features Matsutake mushroom with an earthy mushroom flavor and that has great value to health!
Their dumplings are chewy yet thin-skinned and come with juicy and delicious fillings. If you love dumplings, you have to come visit!
Their light bites are also not to be missed! Would especially recommend the soft-boiled egg with black and white truffle sauce. So nice!

而且餐廳集團秉持良心企業理念,鼎力回饋社會、支持慈善公益,是很少見的良心企業呢🥰

餐廳主打每日手製的餃子,吃起來皮薄卻有彈性,而且肉餡飽滿多汁,非常好吃
招牌的松茸餃採用野生松茸製成,擁有豐富的營養價值,而且菇的香味很重!
除了餃子以外,小吃也很不錯呢~不妨點一碟餃子、一碟小吃慢慢享受

龍鳳松茸餃裡裹上野生松茸、豬肉,一半裹上黑松露,另一半裹上白松露
餃子皮很薄,透出松露的顏色。咬下去,菌香味十分突出

原價$20一碗的狀元九鼎湯採用粉葛、鯪魚、赤小豆、鮮排骨等新鮮熬成,根據餐牌所說,可以養顏保健、溫腎益氣。而且標榜絕無味精,多喝一點也沒關係
質感濃稠、味道清甜、粉葛味濃厚,感覺真材真料
