開胃菜不僅味道開胃,賣相也很吸引
師傅建議先吃〔A5和牛春卷〕
哇!香脆的春卷皮內包裹軟嫩的牛肉,還是頭一遍嚐呢
裡面加入了京蔥,降降膩感
再來有〔茄子〕,師傅說味道帶辣,但我感覺還好,反而滿輕盈的
然後就到〔金平牛蒡〕,配上甘荀絲,十分爽口
特地不加麻油,避免把喉嚨封上,嚐不了待會刺身的味道
吃過三款比較濃味的前菜,最後可以用中間的〔青檸啫喱〕清新一下口腔
