Signature cocktails are themed around the galaxy 🌌, so there are eight different drinks, each named after a planet, and an extra one being “Planet X”! 🪐
Snacks are in Japanese style - takoyaki, donburi and tuna tartare to name a few. I definitely enjoyed the 【Loaded Tokyo Fries】which had Kewpie mayo, katsuobushi flakes and tonkatsu sauce on top!

港島東最棒的rooftop bar莫過於位於太古東隅酒店 East Hong Kong的《Sugar》！
-位於酒店32樓的高樓層，可以飽覽港島東海景，對岸是九龍東——藍田、觀塘、九龍灣等區域，也可以看見鰂魚涌這邊的商廈、住宅等
-酒吧有室內及露天陽台位置，兩個位置空間感都十足，座位也相當舒服
有幸安排到室外露台最邊上的位置，景觀一流，令人目不暇給！
尤其是最近天氣清涼又沒下雨，坐在室外特別的chill！
-11月份逢星期四五六有駐場DJ 打碟，音樂提升整體氛圍，又不會太吵耳，聊天不用喊
整體氣氛相當休閒～下班來喝個一兩杯最適合不過
甚至連洗手間都十分打卡able！
-Sugar的signature cocktails以「八大行星」為主題🪐，第九杯Planet X神秘感滿滿！
另外也有classic cocktails、其他酒精類、mocktails等
佐酒小吃走日式路線，吞拿魚他他、章魚燒、油甘魚丼飯等，都是酒吧裡少見的小吃呢🎌

每一杯特色雞尾酒賣相都十分精緻，包括這杯【Mercury】
結合了兩款冧酒、orange bitters以及Darjeeling tea，在帶甜的酒精味道裡也帶點濃茶的香氣
另外還配上冧酒奶凍，酒味突出，一口酒、一口奶凍，好搭！配搭得宜又創意十足

上文有提到Sugar的佐酒小吃走日式路線🎌，想不到在經典的炸薯條裡，也可以加入日式元素！
幼薯條新鮮熱辣，吃下去好脆，份量也滿多
配上沙律醬、木魚花、飯素、日式吉列豬扒醬，有點章魚燒的感覺，想不到這樣配搭都好好食！

這裡也有提供日式串燒，可選雞肉、舞茸菇或北海道帶子，一客三串
雞肉串燒還是日式燒鳥店的比較好吃，但這裡勝在有超chill的氣氛跟絕美景觀！
