To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「親手包製的雲吞餃子」

光輝圍一直都是葵興的美食天堂，由一人獨食到一大群人聚餐也有不少選擇，但近年最出名的肯定是嘉寶漢堡🍔地道港式漢堡吸引了不少人遠道而來光顧，亦帶旺了附近的食店。 .今天想分享的是一家在附近的正宗上海菜，剛好來到下午茶時間，小店位置不多，像是家庭式經營，見到有店員在一直包雲吞水餃，帶點香港愈來愈少有的人情味💛 .🍜菜肉雲吞麵 (小辣花生湯底)  $38來到上海餐廳，當然要一試擔擔麵。廚房在烹制途中已有淡淡的花生香傳出，整碗端上來時看到花生粒游移，肉碎藏於碗底，陽春麵帶點麥味，掛上了汁後口感更豐富，辣味不顯。菜肉雲吞的鮮味無容置疑🥟因為親眼看著包餃過程，調味上不會過重。 .龍川小籠包 $30小籠包的摺數甚密，可見師傅功架，皮薄餡靚，輕輕咬開皮後吸啜湯汁😙帶來陣陣暖意，肉餡皮凍很惹味，4粒下肚也很飽肚。 .套餐還包了一杯凍豆漿🥤性價比非常高的下午茶餐。
