一個12道菜的Omakase:-燒鳕魚乾小食燒得很香脆 ,沙律醬帶有點辣味添!奈良柿醬配小女子魚仔沙律用柿壓成醬替代一般沙律醬,燒過的魚仔就好香脆松葉蟹冬瓜上面是麵豉蟹膏醬,師傅親自拆蟹肉,蟹肉好鮮甜免治雞肉棒我老友的至愛,外脆內軟,鷄肉仍然好嫩滑,加埋蛋醬就更加相得益彰汁燒南非鮑魚鮑魚爽口又鮮甜沖繩海藻上面白色係水母,水母只有爽口感,所以記得與海藻一起進食會有較佳味道明太子燒意大利青瓜因為為明太子的關係,所以青瓜爽甜又帶點鹹香燒白鱔 店員會即場磨碌柚皮碎係上面,白膳皮燒得好香脆,魚肉保持嫩滑牛舌 上面係大蔥煮韓國麻油, 厚切有咬口,大蔥麻油令牛舌更香鹿兒島黑豚腩串燒腩肉的肉香再加上濃味的大澳蝦膏醬,真的未送到檯上已經聞到香味昆布清湯配白布烏冬烏冬夠滑溜,昆布湯底好清甜最後當然是以甜品來個總結,焦糖菠蘿和日式紅豆蕨餅,蕨餅夠煙韌,菠蘿就酸酸甜甜的!
