最近在太子集團中心8樓變成為主打湘川滬菜的餐館,還取了一個食字的餐廳名《湘湘娘娘》顯得有點嬌柔,但用餐才知道是一個火辣娘子胡麻醬伴粉皮 $58新派滬菜利用胡麻醬取代了中式麻醬,口感相對沒有那麼濃稠,多了忌廉似的口感和甜味,加上青瓜絲有清爽健康感覺,粉皮大小不一,有自家製風味,滑溜已夠再彈牙一點更佳砂鍋雲吞雞 $168被譽為性價比最高的一道菜式,裏面有半隻雞和8大粒菜肉雲吞,更有吸滿雞湯的白菜雞是頂級的三黃雞,油份滲透到湯內,油而不膩補充元氣,肉質可算嫩滑,正宗自家包製上海菜肉雲吞,比例恰到好處小籠包 $58當然不容錯過招牌滬菜小籠包,出爐蒸氣翻騰,皮薄餡靚,如果肉汁更多會令人欲罷不能

胡麻醬伴粉皮 $58
