喺尖沙咀返工咁耐,好多時都淨係食樓上嗰間好出名嘅米線,但係今日想打邊爐又想食啲重味嘢,於是就同幾個同事揀咗呢間試下,話晒都未食過燜鍋,今次大開眼界我哋叫左個牛仔骨燜鍋,店員攞個六寶盒出黎,好似叮噹個百寶袋咁有好多配料!牛油放最底,之後有洋蔥、大蒜、紅蘿蔔等等10幾樣蔬菜放在牛油上!再把醃製過的牛仔骨放上面,蓋上煲蓋煲十幾分鐘就食得,由於用無水烹煮,食落去牛仔骨比較嫩滑,同埋蔬菜吸收左牛肉的精華,變得非常惹味!牛仔骨差不多熟的時候再加上他們秘製的醬料,食起嚟非常香口惹味!食完牛仔骨我地加湯打邊爐,湯底依然非常濃。我哋叫咗幾樣海鮮,海中蝦、蟶子王、貴妃蚌!幾樣海鮮都無令我失望,海中蝦大大隻而且蝦頭有好多膏,肉厚,抵讚!長過隻手掌既蟶子王,出面街市買都唔平,$198/4隻都唔過份呀!貴妃蚌同出面差唔多價錢,份量仲比出面多,而且非常彈牙。手工鵝肝蝦丸同埋手工松露墨魚丸係必食的!因為蝦丸同埋墨魚丸非常足料,啖啖都係蝦肉同埋墨魚,而且唔會非常假非常彈牙,正常的彈度👍🏻👍🏻總結,燜鍋好惹味火鍋料新鮮性價比高

手工鵝肝蝦丸同埋手工松露墨魚丸係必食的!因為蝦丸同埋墨魚丸非常足料,啖啖都係蝦肉同埋墨魚,而且唔會非常假非常彈牙,正常的彈度👍🏻👍🏻
