近幾年都有出席Openrice的頒獎典禮,而每次提到自助餐,總有花月庭的出現,說起來,都有好一段日子沒過來花月庭,而近日酒店推出了「瀛‧真」自助晚餐,正好因利乘便再次造訪。餐前可以先來一杯以石榴汁、柚子汁、檸檬汁及鮮奶泡製的Sakura Pink ($35) ,色彩亮麗又甜美。生蠔生蠔只提供Island Pacific, USA一款,不過近年美國蠔已經不再大而無當,蠔味比以前重,亦不會太creamy。Seafood Station另一個回本位當然是海鮮吧;有蟹膏多到爆燈既法國麵包蟹;仲有青口、熟蝦及雪花蟹腳,夠新鮮,肉質又鮮甜,最難得有自助餐中少見的龍蝦鉗,可以話啖啖肉,超正。當然大家都要留意芝士焗龍蝦的出爐,雖然是任拎,但都要時間焗。講完回本位,再提下餐廳今次開闢了四個「即席烹調」專區,包括了「期間限定美食專區」、「香煎肉扒專區」、「天婦羅炸物及和風料理專區」及「香港色香味專區及北京片皮鴨專區」。「期間限定美食專區」4月特別限定櫻花火燄雪山蛋糕,每晚7:30pm及9:30pm供應。「香煎肉扒專區」同一時間要了香煎肉眼扒、香煎牛柳及香煎豬柳,全都是即叫即煎,包保新鮮,而且是薄切上,肉質

「香港色香味專區及北京片皮鴨專區」

餐廳更加提供了一鴨三食,京蔥醬爆鴨甫特設了專門檔口,將烤得恰到好處的烤鴨,慢慢片皮,客人可以按自己喜好加上京蔥之類的配料,入口時仍是熱的,夠吸引。

第二食二十年老陳皮鴨粥,以廣東開花粥的手法處理,粥底夠綿又滑,但鴨味似乎太單薄了,而陳皮味亦太輕盈。

海南雞飯
完全意想不到花月庭的海南雞飯有超水準表現,飯粒沒有過火的雞油,但煮得粒顆分明,雞油香氣瀰漫,而雞肉全部去骨,每口都是啖啖肉,皮滑肉嫩,汆水的過程處理得相當好,個人認為在自助餐中罕見。

簡單的點了一碟三文魚、鯛魚、八爪魚及吞拿魚,肉質新鮮而富彈性,當然要試試。

首選當然是Movenpick雪糕,有草莓、冧酒提子、熱情果香芒雪葩、乳酪、瑞士朱古力、楓糖合桃、香草及意大利奶凍,當然是每款一球,還有大家可任意加添toppings,不單小朋友,就連成人都會忍不住口。

貪得意問問廚,原來每日要由中午3點已經要開始準備食物,加上花月庭地點超就腳,食物水準又高,難怪每晚都是人頭湧湧,老實講,從此自己的Buffet List又多了一個Best Choice。
