知唔知點樣食串燒先至係最高境界? 好似黑白大廚Blind test,唔話你知係咩肉咩部位,都可以清晰正確up得出食左d咩,咁就真係高啦。今晚圍住個chef黎食住串燒,正宗圍爐取暖,無得鬥氣!👇🏻📌人 氣 推 介 -▪️ 前 菜 - ▫️「鹽漬沖繩海葡萄」食落口感相當清爽,配搭芝麻醬,份外開胃。▫️「雞皮餃子」煎到岩岩好,外層煙韌有咬口,裡面軟腍入味,好食。▪️ 串 燒 -▫️「鹽燒三文魚魚鰭」就咁睇外層燒到非常脆身,食落裡面油香豐腴,調味恰到好處,唔會太鹹。▫️「日本銀杏」夠哂大粒,食落甘香潤滑,而且燒得好香口,正!▫️「大蔥雞肉」雞肉大蔥梅花間竹咁樣排,雞肉嫩滑無比,配搭大蔥做到解膩,之餘,口感更加爽脆。▫️「雞腎」食落爽口彈牙,而且無內臟腥味,夠新鮮。▫️「牛油一口薯」薯仔軟糯又甜,同時牛油個香氣令成件事層次感更加豐富。▪️ 主 食 - ▫️「日式大蝦天婦羅咖哩烏冬」先講大蝦天婦羅炸得夠脆身,食落索索聲,而咖喱屬於日式果種,甜甜地唔會太辣,烏冬有咬口,整體份量多,值得一試。▫️「煙三交魚溫泉蛋燒飯團」呢個絕對考師傅功力,飯團燒到面頭飯焦,外脆內軟,面頭既溫泉蛋用上日本蛋,份外濃香,而且流心狀態,配搭煙三
