前菜:梅酒啫喱自家釀制既梅酒,酸酸甜甜,梅酒經過烹煮之後,酒味已經慢慢散發,唔算太濃郁,但都帶有梅酒既味道,非常開胃串燒:雞胸軟骨同普通雞軟骨不同,餐廳選取雞既三角軟骨,表面燒得焦香,食落去啖啖都係肉及軟骨。鹽燒脆白鱔白鱔外脆內軟,帶有少許海鹽味道,挺特別荔枝豚肉串荔枝味道非常突出,豚肉一咬入去帶有幽幽既荔枝果香,連同豚肉既肉汁一齊係口腔散發出黎,口感豐富並帶有唔同層次,估唔到咁夾。主食:秘製挽牛肉漢堡日式燒餅牛肉漢堡即使煎完都能鎖住肉汁,唔會煎得太老,老闆教授以日式燒餅夾住牛肉食,層次豐富。飲料:因為我地都唔飲酒,老闆特意推介Kimura Muscat Grape Cider。Kimura Muscat Grape Cider偏甜,即使加左冰之後,個人感覺都係相對較甜,老闆亦安排加入蘇打水中和甜度餐廳環境舒適,一路傾計,一路食串燒,不知不覺就坐左2好耐。老闆亦非常健談,佢分享左佢自己既人生經歷,感覺係一個有故事既人。 continue reading

這晚放工跟朋友過來Chill 一下,餐館不是很大,但是坐的很舒服,天氣不熱的話,其實坐到露天區域更能融入到蘇豪區的異國氛圍,在這不喝酒還是可以的。這晚我們坐在室內的吧檯,高腳椅非常舒服,坐吧檯的好處就是可以跟老闆/廚師聊天,老闆非常有善健談,有問我們喝不喝酒,我們不喝就推介我們可以喝青檸梳打。飲品🍹:青檸梳打🍋‍🟩🍸完全就青檸加梳打水,沒有甜味,氣泡充足,配串燒簡直不要太爽🧊🎉。前菜🥗:梅酒車厘茄🍅(配梅酒🍶啫喱)已經完全沒有酒精,只剩清新香氣,雙色車厘茄酸酸甜甜,梅酒啫喱香甜軟滑,零捨開胃。串燒🍢🥩🍗🍖✴️雞胸脆軟骨🐔部位很特別,雞胸肉連着附近的脆骨,口感非常香脆,肉質完全不會柴。✴️雞腎🐔咸香十足,雞腎獨特的脆感,喜歡得不得了。我朋友不吃就完全走寶😆🤭。✴️雞頸肉🐔第一次吃這個部位,肉不算厚,但是非常有咬口,越嚼越香。✴️燒雞翼🐔燒得剛剛好,皮脆肉嫩。✴️汁燒荔枝豚肉卷 🐷汁燒豚肉好有咬口,應該是豬五花部分,裏面裹着一顆荔枝肉,好清甜解膩。✴️汁燒帶子🐚帶子鮮味,不算大粒,但勝在肉質鮮甜彈牙。✴️燒白鱔🐟燒得外皮乾爽香脆,但肉質肥美爆魚油,好回味。✴️汁燒蝦滑秋葵🫛🦐一口咬落去好香,有一股特別香味,蝦滑好彈牙,配上燒到軟滑的秋葵,非常好味。✴️汁燒脆肉瓜🥒配上燒汁去燒,本身的爽甜更突出了。✴️汁燒雞脾菇🍄‍🟫肉質厚實,燒完還保有菇菌本身的水份。✴️月見雞肉棒🍗(配生蛋黃)雞肉棒除了免治雞肉,還夾雜着雞軟骨,所以嫩滑中帶脆口,口感豐富,配上生蛋黃就更滑溜。✴️汁燒牛肋肉🥩牛肋肉口感獨特,外有咬口內裏軟腍,燒汁比較甜口,有食壽喜燒的錯覺。✴️烤日本甜薯🥔咸香軟糯,蕃薯獨特香甜發揮得淋漓盡致,我怎麼覺得好像帶有奶香味呢。甜品🍧✴️黑糖三色丸子🍡(配黑糖/黃豆粉)軟糯非常,卻完全不黏牙,黑糖也是清甜的,黃豆粉有淡淡香味。總結,這裏氣氛✨️真的很好🎊,食物不錯💯,老闆非常有禮好客,無論Happy Hour 還是晚餐,三五好友在這裏吃吃喝喝,也可以消磨一個晚上,是很舒服的體驗,絕對值得一訪再訪👍。 continue reading
