呢間小店只設有企位食下小食,主打外賣生意,方便係附近返工嘅人買早餐同午餐🥡,仲可以係小小連儂牆上留個言支持香港人💪🏼💗台式肉鬆蛋捲餅($25)餅皮較硬身好似墨西哥卷🌮唔夠平時咁濕潤煙韌,勝在唔會過厚而且煎得唔油膩。內裡夾住超多肉鬆,食落微甜鹹香。蛋皮煎至太陽蛋嘅熟度,冇咗半流心效果,不過蛋味都夠濃。可惜整體太乾身,如果加番芝士同少少沙律醬就好🤔💗黑白花枝丸($18)花枝丸炸得脹卜卜,食到中間有粒粒墨魚,咬落超爽口🦑兩款其實味道差唔多,只係黑色加咗墨汁。不過白色更彈牙。灑上滿滿椒鹽粉,味道香酥鹹香🧂💗懷舊肉燥飯配雞扒($29)用上珍珠米飯,唔會煮到淋pat pat🍛份量都算多,肉燥同雞扒已經佔咗半盒飯。偏瘦嘅免治豬肉,肉質唔算好鞋🐷仲有好多冬菇粒增加口感🍄炆得算入味不會死鹹,滷水汁亦足夠,可惜花椒八角味略為重手。雞件夠厚實,炸粉夠薄,所以食落唔油膩而且香脆,可惜肉質太乾,仲要一d味都冇,好似完全冇醃過咁,好彩冇雪味🐥💗袐制糖心蛋($7)用花雕酒浸透🥃食落微甜有蛋味。蛋白啱啱熟呈啫喱狀,蛋黃完全流心。蛋汁用嚟撈飯就最正🐣
