間唔中都要對自己「蠔」下,獎勵自己平時辛勤工作~ 九龍城地膽朋友同我講佢屋企附近開左間專食蠔既餐廳,世界各地既蠔都有得食,問我放工一唔一齊食,唔好成日黎搵親佢都食泰國菜,佢怕怕,食下泰國菜以外既野好喎😂未點菜已經奉上前菜比我地食,前菜望落好普通,得啲菜加碟啡色醬,食落先知原來唔普通。沙葛,蘿蔔好爽脆,重點係個醬,原來係用蠔提煉精華而成,陣陣蠔香,又唔似蠔油咁鹹,點蔬菜食先可以真正食出蠔精華呢。我同朋友都各自叫左一碗蠔湯,但係我地都擁護自己碗湯最好飲,朋友叫日式蠔湯,覺得個湯好似清泉般清甜,配豆腐最好不過,清湯容易消滯,海帶絲亦能消消熱毒。就咁望,西式蠔湯有啲似龍蝦湯~ 我鐘意西式蠔湯因為佢夠哂濃郁,將所有蠔攪拌成湯,加入忌廉後後更加香滑,飲完之後依然齒頰留香。湯中仲有2隻肥美大蠔,簡直係蠔上加蠔,經蠔湯浸後更香。鐘意食炸野既我點會放過食吉列蠔呢樣野呢~ 我冇諗度啲吉列蠔會咁好食,一咬之下鮮甜蠔汁不斷湧出,同平時食開既好大分別,可能因為全部蠔都係新鮮,其他鋪頭用既都係急凍蠔,所以先咁爆汁😍仲有蠔粉漿好薄,呢啲先係吉列蠔黎~ 就算食烏冬,都要有蠔。啲蠔脹卜卜,成個乒乓波咁大粒😋烏冬幼細,爽

就算食烏冬,都要有蠔。啲蠔脹卜卜,成個乒乓波咁大粒😋烏冬幼細,爽口彈牙,呢度係湯底方面選擇較清淡既湯,可以品嚐出蠔既鮮味,相當有心思。

小町蠔2L 相當大隻,有成個手掌✋咁大,飽滿緊實,一口氣食時感覺好飽,海水味係嚼食後慢慢咁滲出黎。

我最最最鐘意食呢隻占拉度生蠔,冇腥味不在話下,入口時非常清爽,入口順滑,鮮甜度爆燈,完全唔需要落任何醬料同檸檬汁直接細味👍

講起燒雞泡魚乾,真係冇咩邊度鋪頭可以食到,估唔到#蠔門宴 居然有,一定要食啦,咁先不枉此行😏雞泡魚乾比魷魚乾表面香脆,食落口有啲似豬肉乾具豐富肉汁,送酒食一流。

燒大元貝用左最簡單既方法烹調,少少蒜蓉,少少蔥花調味,保留元貝原汁原味味道,而且仲半個掌心咁大,肉厚鮮美。

除左海鮮之外,黑毛豬串估唔到都好有水準,吹來剛燒好豬肉香氣,肉質軟嫩,入口即溶,可謂呢度另類之選。
