誰說喝紅酒是有錢人的專利?經愛酒朋友介紹下,發現到一間堅貼地的西餐廳,Happy hour 或 收工後可以考慮與同事朋友去嘆杯紅白酒。收工後不少打工仔都趕住搭車去中環、尖沙咀夜蒲,我則走進觀塘工廈,來到一間專業的酒窖連餐廳吃飯。 餐廳環境寬蔽,空間感十足,完全沒有焗促和迫的感覺,裝潢氣派十足又華麗,完全突顯到時尚和高貴的一面。老實說,餐牌的選擇不會太多,但也是優待有選擇困難症的朋友。聽聞菜式是由大廚與品酒師共同構思,打造出岩Key的菜式,真是名乎其實認真創作!小食點了Baby squid $68 一碟八件的迷你墨魚卷躺在長長的碟上,蘸滿墨汁並釀了Risotto,吃落有別有一番風味,墨魚的口感彈牙、有咬口,若再多一點燉飯更好! 沙甸魚多士底下伴有沙律菜,更開胃滋味,吃落不會太腥,又有洋蔥的鮮味,夾住脆麵包好配!海鮮本身的味道咸咸地,配上白酒是絕佳的組合,用作提鮮。炸牛蒡條製法新鮮又特別,酥脆可口,十分適合用來送酒。紅菜頭蘋果湯 補益養生的「紅」湯,配上蘋果薄脆,口感更香脆慢煮三文魚配菠菜蓉慢煮可帶出三文魚的鮮嫩,沒有魚腥味,入口好滑溜,伴上田園綠菠菜蓉更清新,為口蕾帶來一陣刺激。黑松露意

經燒槍火灸後,燉蛋的表層即時築起一層焦糖,

而焦糖菠蘿與燉蛋crossover都是第一次見識。

滑蛋被緊緊封存在焦糖下面,要用匙更去破冰,

Creme brelee 蛋香滿載,蛋漿的質地好滑溜,

想不到這個新奇組合都幾夾,一滑一甜好滋味。
