這餐廳用塞翁失馬焉知非福來形容確是貼切,話說本來已訂好枱去另一間食日本菜,點知無奈被取消🙄只好轉戰就近這間,貪其開揚的玻璃門面,室內環境有點小文青木系Cafe感覺😍但真身是日式居酒屋<Lychee Special Cocktail> <No.8> 🍸$69 來得居酒屋當然先點酒吧,此酒荔枝味濃郁帶清新香味,酒唔會搶口但剛好👍另一杯係用了店名8做酒名,梅味比較重💫而杯內仲有華麗嘅金箔<櫻花蝦凱撒沙律> 🌱$68五彩繽紛嘅沙律菜上放滿勁多櫻花蝦,新鮮蔬菜配上鹹香嘅蝦👅先開個胃口<巨型大啡茹> 🍄$48大啡茹輕微烹調過,再加上醬油跟木魚提味💦茹身鮮甜又多汁<油揚豆腐> 🍥$68外皮微咋過,但內裡還是嫩滑😌只曬上葱花跟帶汁蘿蔔蓉,已經夠美味<鹽燒三文魚腩> 🐠$38三文魚腩只曬上鹽花微燒,而足夠做到魚皮微脆內裡肥美帶魚油香<免治雞肉串> 🍡$38啖啖肉雞串燒得外層微焦,再配上日本生雞蛋真係不得了😏送酒一流<明太子牛油炒露筍> 🎋$88一直都在吃肉,中途來個露筍剛好😋用
