呢個其實即係牛肉餡餅。據老細所講,喺拉丁美洲、阿根廷都非常普遍係好多餐廳會出現嘅小食之一,佢出面嘅㓟皮喺偏硬脆嗰種嘅批皮(非酥皮、牛油皮)。入面係牛肉碎,充滿香料嘅味道。

味道:8/10

節日梗係要飲杯酒慶祝吓,小編就唔多飲酒,唔係好識評論。但父親大人似乎都幾滿意,話果味幾香,少少似車厘子同莓味。

終於到今日嘅主角,就係阿根廷嘅草飼牛肉。唔講唔知其實牛肉牛扒對阿根廷人嚟講係非常重要嘅一個食物。因為呢度有遼闊嘅大草原,非常適合畜牧業,使得牛隻運動量充足,脂肪不多但肉味十足,同時草飼牛可以令肉有較多Omega-3 脂肪酸,對食客負責較輕、亦比較健康。如果唔多鍾意充滿油脂嘅日本和牛,阿根廷牛可能幾啱你。呢種優勢亦都給引歐洲人投資或者買貨,養活咗一班阿根廷人。

佢哋牛排大致分為三種:里脊肉、肉眼同西冷。我哋就試中低各一。Tenderloin 可以叫菲力,或者係去脂腰里肌肉,位於牛腰背的內側後段肌肉,呢個位少運動到,唔肥之餘,肉質又係最柔嫩嘅部位。呢個里脊肉牛排,你見雖然好厚,而且係七成熟,但中間仲粉嫩,食落一啲都唔韌,肉味突出。至於西冷係牛腰後端接近尾的部分,含有較多的肥油。算係油脂同肉味比較平衡嘅位置。不過小編會推薦五成多。🤣

牛排可以配蘑菇汁或者黑椒汁。其實兩款都係Gravy 底,會有陣牛肉味。真係比較黑椒汁會惹味啲,可以見到佢有唔同粗幼嘅黑椒粒營造層次。蘑菇汁嘅蘑菇味就唔係好突出,似普通Gravy。

牛排亦可以揀配菜,我哋試咗薯條同炒蘑菇粒,前者脆身,調味啱啱好。後者冇一個好突出嘅味,調味唔重,菇味又唔算突出,勝在新鮮多汁。

➡️Crema La Espinaca $75 🌱

小編其實係第一次食忌廉菠菜,本身覺得怪怪地。但又唔錯,幾香奶味,食落好Creamy。

味道:7.8/10

➡️總評 🙇🏻

整體來講,小編覺得呢間餐廳無論係佢嘅裝修、服務、食物都好好,而且有好多嘢係我哋冇試過,非常有特色。價錢方面,平就唔係,但考慮地點同質素,算合理啦。不過老細都話佢哋近排生意差咗唔少,小編覺得一間咁有歷史嘅品牌,如果真係結業會好可惜,希望有多啲人支持啦。
