To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

【中西區】【嘉豪酒家】同浣紗娘喺西營盤搵嘢食，我就因為返香港冇耐所以想打吓邊爐。附近好似都諗唔到有邊度可以去食，浣紗娘就講起呢間喺上環嘅酒樓。我就之前已經見識過佢哋其他分店，晚飯小菜或者早午飯市都食過，呢間就第一次嚟。嚟之前望吓 Openrice 先，見到都有啲負評，講到個火鍋幾差吓，攪到我哋聞之而卻步。但係我一向秉承「自古成功在嘗試」同埋「人有多大膽，地有多大產」嘅原則去做事，所以大膽建議不如照去，唔係點証明食評真偽。去到就食 $208 嘅「任飲任食海鮮火鍋無限時任食」，佢哋有「重慶雞鍋」可以揀不過我哋直接要「鴛鴦鍋底」打邊爐算。個鍋有啲問題，侍應都好好態度咁幫我哋解決。而火鍋料方面，啲肉類都可以，估唔到都唔差喎。因為啲食評講到佢哋啲肉類同服務態度都好差，所以特登留意呢兩點多啲。而任飲嘅飲品包括罐裝「醇滑嘉士伯」同「果汁先生」，唔差。佢哋呢度嘅火鍋係冇加一嘅，所以埋單價兩位夾埋係 $416，我覺得又唔算貴喎，可以。。。（地址：上環皇后大道中328號中源中心一樓）#1amfoodie #foodie #hkfoodie #thatfoodiething #food #instafood
