【中西區】【成發海鮮小廚】情人節嘅夜晚,每個人諗住嘅嘢都唔同,我就唱住「情人節,氣魄更壯」咁坦然面對一個冇女同事陪伴嘅情人節。然而,適逢老友威船長都冇人陪,而佢又咁啱喺香港,就一齊食飯啦。我都真係好耐冇見佢,要促膝長談吓。佢對飲食都係有極高要求,聽講佢試過因為食物質素而喺家庭聚會都拂袖而去,真勇士嚟,所以跟住佢實冇錯。可惜本身想食嘅煲仔飯,當日就冇供應,聽返個原因原來係話新春期間食煲仔飯係唔吉利喎,第一次聽,長知識了。威船長極力推薦呢度嘅墨魚餅,所以叫咗 $128 嘅「香煎雙寶」,有鯪魚餅同墨魚餅,聽講都係店家自行製作,口感特別而味道豐盈,係真係好味,難怪舊幾水先得幾塊。跟住食 $128 嘅「豉油皇鵝腸」,做到大牌檔水準,正。之後,情人節點都要食咕嚕嘢致敬女同事,食 $116 嘅「咕嚕雞球」,可惜味道非常一般,而且太濕,彷如我嘅情淚一樣。最後食 $68 嘅「蝦醬叉燒粒炒飯」,幾香蝦醬味同幾有鑊氣。埋單兩位夾埋 $440,唔知點計出嚟嘅價錢。。。(地址:西環石塘咀皇后大道西470號石塘咀市政大廈2樓熟食中心CF5-6號舖)#1amfoodie #foodie #hkfoodie #tha
