【九龍城區】【正粉皮涼皮專門店】睇佢哋個名叫「正粉皮」已經好想笑,個「正」字亦可以讀做 zeng3 嚟表達出係好食嘅粉皮嘅意思,一字多義,個名改得幾入腦。佢哋嘅第一款招牌菜個名亦都異曲同工,叫做「吾食正粉皮」,個吾字又可以解「我」,好笑。講到「吾食正粉皮」咯,第一款就佢啦,佢個涼皮係有嚼頭,有啲似刀削麵,同坊間嗰嗰唔同,而且佢哋標榜冇加味精,可謂全港獨有。雖然我唔太食得辣,但佢個辣係辣得嚟幾清新,話係用咗指天椒增加辣度所以係咁喎。講返碗嘢,除咗揀咗我不嬲都啱食嘅雞腎、豬耳,仲有佢哋第二款招牌菜「麻辣花膠」,惹味又養顏,點解 $35 咁平係因為佢哋直接同相熟批發入貨喎,正。碗嘢撈埋枝竹、薯絲、青瓜絲、烤麩等材料,我同啲朋友都覺得好食。係呀,講到食辣呢科嘢我點會冇搵朋友幫手食吖,不過之後每天限量,$30 嘅「無毒銀針粉」就有啲失望,可能因為係配泰式酸辣汁,我一向唔太中意呢個味,可能其他人覺得開胃醒神,但係我寧願狂食「涼拌皮蛋」,好食呀。最後係講全日最正重心 Q,「媽媽味道自家湯」,600ml 係 $40 我哋三個人飲都好夠。同「湯房」聯乘出品嘅足料無味精少鹽自家湯,今日係「花膠海底椰雪梨川
