To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

諾士佛台附近各式各樣既餐廳有好多，甚至附近有韓國街，但偏偏比呢間小店吸引左我！舖頭空間唔太大，大約可以容納10個人左右，等咗15分鐘可以入去了。可能枱與枱之間好近，好易聽到隔離傾緊咩，但莫名其妙地隔離係呢間店舖既熟客，佢哋同店員既對話，既有趣，又有一種家庭&人情味既感覺🥰食物賣相未至於最完美，但當中既味道&人情味值得我推介呢間舖頭👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。 招牌孖寶湯河粉 ($75)湯好鮮好濃，而餸既份量都幾多😋😋河粉冇煮過頭👍🏻好爽口，所以到最後甚至飲晒碗湯。雞絲撈檬 ($65)雞絲份量好多，檬粉好好會剪碎，方便分開食，而唔會哽親👍🏻。炸蝦餅米子卷 ($65)炸蝦餅唔會太過油，佔米子卷五份一，整體唔會太肥膩，輕鬆三啖就食晒🤤回頭指數: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐食物質素: 🌮🌮🌮服務質素: ☺️☺️☺️☺消費指數: 💰(人均消費$103)環境質素: ☘️☘️☘️
