To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自助晚餐有任食鮑魚、花膠等矝貴食材,能品嚐鮮味極限,一定滿足海鮮控的要求。海鮮自助餐由晚上6時至10時,現在經官網預訂,於星期一至四、日及公眾假期享78折 ; 於星期五及六享85折 (父親節期間亦享折扣優惠)。我跟朋友為了海鮮盛宴,慕名而來。海鮮Corner放滿琳琅滿目的珍品,龍蝦、雪蟹腳、鮑魚、小龍蝦、海蝦及青口。龍蝦十分巨型,肉質潔白爽彈,用叉子挖出蝦膏享用,更加香滑鮮甜! 蟹腳如前臂般長,沿著骨節位剪開,看見粉嫰的蟹肉,入口一絲絲。小龍蝦Size雖小,但蝦膏連同蝦肉享用,十分滿足。青口肉質挺身,口感帶嚼勁,十分新鮮。原隻鮑魚厚肉,口感煙韌、滑溜,極為鮮味,滋味停不了。花膠炮製出黏糯、細滑的口感,每口如綿花般彈牙,充滿骨膠原,適合滋補養顏的女士。到了壽司Corner,有三文魚、吞拿魚、鯛魚及帶子刺身等,還有林林總總的壽司: 甜蝦、三文魚、炸蝦反卷及加州卷等,款式不算太多,但味道新鮮,再配一口冰涼的蕎麥麵,滋味清爽。熱盤區有即點即製的煎鵝肝醬多士,是我的心水首選。脆卜卜的多士,配上豐腴細膩的鵝肝,入口油香滿佈,沾上香甜的黃梅醬,啖啖誘惑。Pizza以烤爐即時燒製,十分香脆。還有葡式焗

熱盤區有即點即製的煎鵝肝醬多士,是我的心水首選。脆卜卜的多士,配上豐腴細膩的鵝肝,入口油香滿佈,沾上香甜的黃梅醬,啖啖誘惑。Pizza以烤爐即時燒製,十分香脆。還有葡式焗海鮮、煎三文魚、炒青口等,令人飽餐一頓。烤牛肉眼扒肉質粉嫰,入口軟腍,配上少許的肥膏,肉味香濃。三文魚配以稠密的忌廉白汁,香甜細滑。旁邊還有素菜區,有素豬肉、豆腐鍋及蕃茄湯等,合乎各人的口味要求。

糕點同樣誘人: 熱情果餅、水果啫喱、柑桔慕絲餅、士多啤梨白朱古力餅、芒果乳酪慕絲、芒果撻、桃膠燉蛋白及雜果涼粉等,真想自己的胃大一點,可以嚐盡所有口味。柑桔慕絲餅造型可愛,像真正的柑桔,慕絲入口即化,沁出清新柑桔香。士多啤梨白朱古力慕絲以玻璃杯盛上,粉紅夢幻,鋪滿草莓、忌廉及綿花糖,鬆化軟糯,香甜窩心。芒果撻外皮酥脆,填滿芒果肉及滑忌廉,味道甜思思。取數件甜品,餅師會以木盤一次過遞上,做法貼心。
