To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚同屋企人打算食西餐，近近地去粉嶺聯和墟大蕃薯！雖然佢係出名食蕃薯，但係亦都有好多款西餐選擇～🔹 芥蜜脆皮原隻鹹豬手配薯菜 $158餐湯係胡蘿蔔忌廉湯，雖然外貌全橙色，但係又唔係太重胡蘿蔔味，湯質地較稠密，飽肚感會上升。豬手原隻呈上，皮脆肉厚，外層嘅肉都好有口感，肉質有少少偏靱，而且近骨位有少少臊味，個人不太喜歡呢隻味，所以較近骨位置嘅肉就無食到。芥蜜醬似蜜糖汁，甜味重啲。夾埋酸菜一齊食，咁就唔會怕太膩。🔹炭燒8oz 安格斯肉眼扒 $178除咗叫16oz之外，8oz都係發Gor嚟到呢間必點菜式，厚身但肉嫩，五成熟剛剛好，唔會有好多血水，發Gor表示好juicy！值得encore！📍大蕃薯粉嶺聯和墟聯昌街7號地舖．．環境分數：7/10食物分數：7/10Encore分數：7/10
