有聞早年鴻星 股東拆夥,創辦人另起爐灶開咗碧儷苑,目前有兩間分店,一間喺荔枝角,一間喺中環擺花街。以前鴻星分店嘅出品水平維持得好好,依家嘅碧儷苑嘅味道有過之無不及。佢哋嘅點心做得好精緻,擺盤靚之餘味道好,有姿勢有實際。炸兩入面嘅油炸鬼脆卜卜,撒咗啲炸蝦米喺面,令到個口感更豐富,既有腸粉嘅軟糯又有炸兩嘅脆口。之後有太極蝦餃,賣相有別於傳統白色蝦餃,佢哋有兩粒係加咗竹炭粉(好似係)所以係黑色;加上乾辣椒籽,辣辣地又別有一番風味。另外見到好多檯都有叫出煙企鵝仔,原來係傳統點心豆沙包。骨緻嘅仲有黑糖蜂蜜糕,黑糖味濃郁又唔會太甜,咬落仲煙煙韌韌,好有口感,依家食親碧儷苑都要嗌呢個!荔枝角分店定價比中環分店實惠,lunch食點心食到飽都係百幾蚊一位,難怪開業冇耐就日日座無虛席。

荔枝角分店定價比中環分店實惠,lunch食點心食到飽都係百幾蚊一位,難怪開業冇耐就日日座無虛席。
