繼續食好嘢,黎到一間懷舊餐廳。呢間新廣南已經係1945年開到依家,經歷咗好多唔同時期嘅香港。同老闆可以講到兩句,又知道下以前嘅歷史。嘢食都好特別,要食嘅係佢地嘅海南雞飯,今次我地點啲特別嘅。呢個係鮮蝦參乜,小小沙嗲味,唔辣,係香口。蝦已經去哂殻,蝦都大隻多肉,又煮得入味。生炒骨,呢味我都好鍾意,啖啖肉,啲汁又夠,配飯係一流。沙嗲係鐵板上㗎,呢啲風味真係賣少見少(搞到好想食鐵板系列嘅嘢食)。佢個醬係秘製,唔會太辣,花生味又夠濃,食左小小肉,再食青瓜同菠蘿,好正。粟米斑塊,皮唔算好厚,ok。紅豆冰,呢個亦係特色之一。係用碗上,仲要係一舊沙冰係中間,紅豆夠哂淋,剛剛好出小小沙,每啖都透心涼。當然唔少得要食油飯老闆真係好用心,所有嘢都親力親為,確保所有材料都係新鮮。
