兩個女生選了一間裝備精緻而沒有"佬味"的火鍋餐廳,坐下來就先點了一個BB辣的細麻辣雞煲。職員會幫忙炒煮,好香的手切肥牛肉脂平均而且嫩滑,配上雞煲很惹味!姐姐發現了一個很有趣的菜式百花+咸牛肉芝士釀油條 (雙拼),可作小食之餘亦可當響鈴般放入湯底。手打墨丸肉質彈牙,而桂花蚌及珊瑚蚌雙拼灼一灼,爽口鮮甜。第一次用日本甜薯粒打邊爐,出奇地夾,甜薯中和了雞煲的濃辣味吸收了湯汁很好吃,不想點粉麵但又想飽肚可以一試。
