Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (砵蘭街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 依間酸辣粉之前就成日聽到,今次終於有機會試吓啦酸辣粉 推薦指數🗯️:🌟🌟🌟份量不少,但味道和質感上和其他酸辣粉差不多,很正常,很普通的感覺晶絲薯粉 推薦指數🗯️:🌟🌟🌟🌟其實味道跟我們平常吃的酸辣粉一樣,只是質感上,這一種會比較爽身,容易咬開,個人比較喜歡這種蒜泥白肉 推薦指數🗯️:🌟🌟🌟份量不少,但是蒜泥的份量不夠,所以食起來味道不夠濃,不夠惹味(不過同行人士話係得依間係咁)香酥軟骨 推薦指數🗯️:🌟🌟🌟🌟炸到金黃色,食落好香脆,好正😋而且再配上泰式辣醬一齊食,正!以上均是我個人觀感,每個人嘅口味各有不同,所以末必同每個人嘅用餐感覺一樣,如有不同,敬請見諒。

其實味道跟我們平常吃的酸辣粉一樣,只是質感上,這一種會比較爽身,容易咬開,個人比較喜歡這種
