鮨文的Omakase薄有名氣,我跟朋友慕名而來,感受一下味蕾上的鮮味!價錢雖然不算太平,但能品嚐到時令食材,是對自己的獎勵。餐單上的食物款式眾多,分別有茶碗蒸、時令刺身、手握壽司、海膽杯、釜飯、魚湯及時令水果。坐在吧枱,跟壽司師傅近距離的互動,一邊看著師傅握壽司,一方面分享食材的來源和配搭。看見師傅用心地為我們準備不同的佳餚,等待的時候都充滿期待及驚喜。師傅很熟練地把刺身切成薄薄一片,非常吸引。茶碗蒸賣相金光閃閃,給人名貴的感覺。蒸蛋入口鮮甜、水嫰,內裡餡料有冬菇片、白果粒及元貝等提鮮,十分豐盛,真是啖啖鮮味!食過蒸蛋後,師傅給我們一小碟前菜,是准山跟蘿蔔,爽口脆身,潔淨味蕾,準備享用誘人的刺身。蜜柑鯛刺身片晶瑩剔透,入口豐腴,冰涷鮮甜,加上了橙皮、岩鹽,帶出當中的鮮味,味道愈咀嚼會變得愈香甜,令人回味。左邊是鹿兒島的深海池魚,經過網紋火炙後,表面銀色閃閃,微微焦脆,十分搶眼。厚切的池魚入口爽脆,魚脂比例很高,味道帶魚的鮮甜,更吃到肉味的香郁,是上乘的味道。右邊的是四國出產的BB油金魚,軟糯的質感包裹著香蔥,吃起來鮮而惹味。喜歡吃蟹而懶惰的食客,絕對很愛這道菜。北海道毛蟹已拆成一絲絲,
