To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 說過無數遍,出街食蒸魚以12至14両一條最穩陣,人多寧願蒸兩條。這條約14両,蒸得不錯,骨肉剛好分離,豉油亦無遮掩龍躉原有的鮮味。

經驗值冇得呃, 海鮮款式質素仍係 keep 到,也是中環區少有經濟之店,食海鮮唔使吓吓山長水遠入離島啦。想食,隨時食;想做,就去做。做人快樂不該是這樣的嗎?XD
