秋冬天除了是大閘蟹的當造季節,也是生蠔的當造期。同朋友食過呢間西餐廳,性價比都挺高的,樓高兩層,地方寬敞。先來南非生蠔兩隻和法國生蠔兩隻,價錢先係30幾蚊一隻,好抵食!蠔肉大隻,海水味濃郁,而且肉質爽脆,十分新鮮!精選沙律🥗,份量夠二至三人享用,沙律菜新鮮,配上巴馬火腿、鮮蝦、煙三文魚和小蕃茄,酸甜的黑醋汁,打開了食慾。香辣蜆肉意粉,用了小蕃茄去煮,酸溜溜中帶點微辣,大蜆也差太多有十隻。美國安格斯肉眼配薯條,肉眼比手掌還要大,七成熟我覺得剛剛好,肉質軟腍,牛肉和脂肪比例平均,帶著牛肉的香味。整體來說,食物質素性價比高,可以30幾蚊食到法國生蠔,一解生蠔癮都不錯👌🏻
