呢個避風塘同我想像嘅有啲出入,本來以為啲蒜係炸蒜果種,但佢啲蒜係炒濕咗嘅,不過係我心目中所有蒜都好香。雖然蒜香,但呢碟野嘅肉殻嚴重分離,而且感覺啲殻多過啲肉,成日覺得出面食蜆好易偷龍轉鳳,撈埋啲空殻一齊炒,希望呢間冇啦!整體嚟講味道係唔錯,如果唔介意性價比一般嘅話,都可以一試避風塘風味嘅炒蜆💕✨。

因為見到餐廳有兩個師傅喺度炒野,炒到好似好有鑊氣咁,所以就試下呢味。結果冇失望,鑊氣足,而且啱啱炒出嚟即食好香,香得嚟都唔會太油,啲牛肉份量仲幾多,試試試🤤❣️🔜下文再介紹✨
