原來以為壽喜燒就是火鍋,原來關西壽喜燒是以煎的方法將肉類烹煮,店員先向我們示範關西風煎發,先以牛脂沾鍋,再倒入壽喜燒汁,放入肉塊煎至個人喜歡的熟度即可。

「野崎牛」是來自鹿兒島縣,無激素、無抗生素的,牛肉的脂肪分佈很平均,在烹煮脂肪能快速融化,所以牛肉肉質份外細緻油潤,味道甘甜,蘸上蘭王生雞蛋蛋汁,口感更滑溜。

最後來到甜品部份,自選甜品一共有4款,包括日本半蛋蛋糕、紅豆抹茶凍、日式蕨餅及雪糕。

個人推介日式蕨餅抹,抹茶味濃郁,有回甘味,而且口感煙煙韌韌,讚!另外,柚子雪糕味道超級清新,酸酸甜甜,能中和吃肉後的膩滯感。
